On the day of 19th of April,2011 the Aadya Pipa Samadhi Day, she had expressed her wish of being with him again. He had not lived past 75 years of life and neither did she want to. Yes this year, in just a few months we would have celebrated her 75th Birthday.
She had been an obedient daughter, a loving mother, a Very Very loving Aaji [Grandmother] but above all She was the most DEVOTED WIFE. A humble human being, one who followed one principle religiously in her life, that of never letting anyone get hurt as a result of her actions. She was what we call in marathi, Papa-bhiru. She followed this principle even in her death. She did not come in the way of the Prassanotsav, rather as all could see She participated in it with all the energy and vigor she could muster in the failing health. Never once did she let any of us lose focus form the Prassanotsav.
Her passing was a serene event, a most silent death that one can witness. It was almost as if she was commanding death to open the doors so that she could pass through and meet the ever open arms of her dear husband. She had spent almost 6 years without his presence and now was the time for her to be with him again. Never have i seen anyone happily accepting this event in their life. Yes we were all Sad beyond compare but for her it was the most Happy moment as she was meeting her husband again.
She ensured that even her death did not cause any hassles for anyone. She would never have liked to come in the way of the Pravachan and she ensured this to the whole.
This Thursday the Pravachan shall go on as scheduled and we shall listen to the Abhangas of Aadya Pipa only as is the set pattern wherein we listen to the abhangas rendered on the occasion of the AAdya Piapa Samadhi on the next Thusday. Since on the earlier Thursdays we were all listening to Mothi - Aai's gajars this will be the first Thursday following the Samadhi Divas.
Just see the Grace of Bapu. on the Thursdsay prior to her passing we heard the AARTI written by Subbo aaji's father and the Thursday following her passing we will be listening to the Abhangas written by her Husband, Our dear Aadya Pipa.......
Such was the Love of this MAULI [Mother] who will now be together with her husband once again...........

sure that by now we all have become aware of the sad demise of our Dear
Subbo Aaji [mother of Suchitdada and Samirdada and wife of Aadya Pipa].
She left for her heavenly abode on the 22nd of May, 2011 at 12:10 pm. Her funeral was held yesterday.
