Shree Hanumant Upasana is performed on every Saturday in the month of Shravan at Gurukul, Juinagar.
                        

                       

The idol/statue of Lord Hanuman sculpted by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha himself is worshipped on all these days. This statue is made from one single stone. At the time of Poojan, this statue is worshipped with Red Lead i.e. Shendur.

• ‘Shree Hanumat Yog Shakti & Yukti’ i.e. Spiritual Strength and Ideas is useful for rectification of the mistakes of the devotees.
• The upasana is useful to get the relief from sufferings and sin.
• The Upasana will give mental and physical strength to become happy in our future life.

• The devotee, who is sincerely taking Darshan, will reduce the effect and strength of anger and fear which is always occupies our life.

Shraddhawan's Chanting The Following Mantra's

• Fig tree is kept behind the statue of Lord Shree Hanumant. The five metalled statue given by Sadguru Shree Anirudha Bapu is placed in front of Lord Shree Hanumanta’s statue.
• Shri Shani Maharaj Statue is placed to the left side of Shree Hanumanta’s Statue and following mantra is chanted:
  ‘Shantakaram Bhujagashayanam……….’ once.

• Then, Ashwatha Poojan is done by chanting :
  “Om ashwathaya namaha” 21 times
  “Om urdhava mukhaya namaha” 21 times
  “Om vanaspataye namaha” 21 times
• After this Ram Raksha, Hanuman Chalisa and Shree Aniruddha Chalisa are chanted and this marks the completion of the upasana.

I would like to share a step by step procedure to subscribe to "Manasamarthyadatavid" YouTube video channel. Advantages of subscribing to the channel are,

a) Whenever a video is uploaded a notification to this effect is sent on the subscriber's email.

b) All Videos related to Narration of personal experience of Param Pujya Bapu's grace (Anubhav Kathan) can be viewed from a Central location.

Please find the procedure below,

1) Copy and then paste the below link in address bar of your web browser (mozilla firefox, google chrome, internet explorer etc..)

2) On the upper right hand corner, click on create account if you wish to create a new account orsign in using your existing account. Note that you can use your Gmail ID to login to YouTube.

3)  Below is the login page where you need to provide the required details,

4) Click on Subscribe button to subscribe to the channel.

5)  After subscribing, click on videos tab and then select Playlist. Videos according to languages are available as Playlists here.

6)  Move your mouse pointer over the Subscribed button. Don't click on the button. You will see a small pop-up window which has 2 checkboxes. Click on 2nd checkbox. By clicking on this checkbox, you can get notification on your email for each new video upload.
